The role emphasizes leadership, business development, and maintaining strong relationships with HR professionals and vendors to boost market presence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience, preferably in recruitment & staffing or sales.
• Proven track record in a leadership role with sales targets and strong business development skills.
• Strong communication and people management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a team of Recruitment Consultants/Senior Consultants.
• Drive personal and team sales performance and achieve recruitment targets.
• Drive business development by securing new clients and expanding existing accounts.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company growth plans.
• Track and analyze sales and recruitment metrics to optimize performance.
• Strengthen employer branding and market presence through initiatives and partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal departments to forecast hiring needs and align resources.
