Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead and grow a team of Recruitment Consultants. You will set strategy, coach peers, and drive revenue through new client acquisition and stronger vendor partnerships.

The role focuses on leadership, performance tracking, and employer branding, with a 5-day work week and uncapped incentives. You will collaborate with HR and sales to forecast hiring needs and expand market presence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in recruitment or staffing with a track record of meeting targets.
• Proven leadership experience with sales targets and business development skills.
• Self-motivated, team player, target-driven and commercially minded.
• Strong communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a team of Recruitment Consultants/Senior Consultants.
• Drive personal and team sales performance and recruitment targets.
• Drive business development by securing new clients and growing existing accounts.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company growth plans.
• Track and analyze sales and recruitment metrics to optimize performance.
• Strengthen employer branding and market presence through initiatives and partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal departments to forecast hiring needs and align resources.
• Build strong networks with HR professionals, vendors, and industry stakeholders.
