Recruitpedia Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an entry-level Recruitment Consultant. No experience required; training provided to help you start a career in recruitment. The role offers basic salary plus uncapped incentives and attractive perks, with a 5-day work week at a central Tanjong Pagar location.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Candidates with relevant recruitment experience and a proven track record may be considered for a Senior Recruitment Consultant or higher position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with client and candidates.
• Sales-driven mindset with ability to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
• CEI certified would be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end 360-degree recruitment, from candidate sourcing to successful placements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and job matching.
• Manage client requirements and deliver suitable candidates promptly.
• Negotiate job offers and secure successful placements.
• Achieve individual / team sales targets and recruitment KPIs.
• Build a strong talent pipeline and ensure consistent business growth.
• Perform other ad hoc duties apply.

Educación
