Job summary

Recruitpedia Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Junior Recruitment Consultant to drive end-to-end recruitment, source candidates, and secure placements for clients.

No experience is required as training is provided, and the role offers a basic salary plus uncapped incentives in a fast-paced environment. Based at a central Tanjong Pagar location, you will develop client relationships, identify new business opportunities, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage offers to ensure

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Candidates with relevant recruitment experience and a proven track record may be considered for Senior positions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and candidates.
• Sales-driven mindset with ability to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• CEI certified would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform other ad hoc duties apply.
