Pricing Executive

Job summary

ECU Worldwide Singapore is seeking a Pricing Executive to drive revenue and profitability by managing RFQ/tender processes, analysing costs and selling prices, and aligning with management directives.

You will work closely with the Key Account Management team on RFQ briefings, tariff maintenance, cost and selling analysis, internal coordination, and the implementation of awarded tenders, with a focus on continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in pricing/NVOCC/shipping/logistics/freight forwarding
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Team player, but able to work independently and set own agenda under own initiative
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Great attitude, well organized, detail oriented, good sense of numbers

Responsibilities

• Process tender/RFQ, including requirements, prepare RFQ details, internal coordination, and adjustments to meet customers’ requirements and management’s direction within timeline.
• Work with KAM and Management on RFQ briefing, Q&A sessions and rates strategy.
• Conduct Cost & Selling analysis.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prepare tender/RFQ scope and specifications.
• Tariff maintenance and updates.
• Implementation of awarded tender/RFQ.
• Continuous improvement of processes.
• Support other ad-hoc tasks as required.
