Job summary

ECU Worldwide Singapore seeks a pricing-focused RFQ specialist to manage tender and RFQ processes, coordinating requirements and preparing detailed proposals. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely submissions that meet customer and management expectations.

You will analyze cost and selling prices, update tariff data, and support implementation of awarded tenders while driving continuous improvements in tender workflows.

Qualifications

• Pricing, NVOCC, shipping, logistics or freight forwarding experience required.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel to analyze data and build pricing models.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to engage stakeholders clearly.
• Ability to work independently with initiative and manage own schedule.
• Capable of performing under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to numerical accuracy and detail.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and prepare detailed RFQ documentation aligned with management directives within set timelines.
• Collaborate with Key Account Management and leadership to develop RFQ briefings, conduct Q&A sessions, and formulate competitive rate strategies.
• Perform cost and selling price analysis to support pricing decisions.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to define tender/RFQ scope and specifications accurately.
• Maintain and update tariff information to ensure pricing accuracy.
• Implement awarded tenders and RFQs effectively to meet contractual obligations.
• Identify and execute continuous process improvements to enhance tender and RFQ workflows.
• Manage and resolve internal disputes related to tender and pricing issues.
• Provide support for additional ad-hoc tasks as required to meet business needs.
