Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd in Singapore is looking for an Assistant Pricing Manager (Tender Management Team) to manage end-to-end tender and RFQ activities across Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Contract Logistics.

You will collaborate with Key Account Management and senior stakeholders to develop competitive pricing, drive profitability, and ensure successful tender execution while delivering commercially viable solutions to customers.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in pricing, tender management, freight forwarding, shipping, NVOCC, or logistics.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to develop pricing strategies.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong commercial and numerical acumen.
