ecu-worldwide (singapore) pte. ltd. is seeking a pricing and tender specialist to manage end-to-end tender/RFQ processes within the logistics sector. You will coordinate with the KAM team and management on RFQ briefings, Q&A sessions, and pricing strategy to ensure profitable solutions.

The role requires advanced Excel skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and strong commercial judgment.

Qualifications

• Experience in pricing for shipping/logistics/freight forwarding is required.
• Proficient in Excel with advanced data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English communications.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end tender/RFQ process and ensure all customer requirements are addressed within timelines.
• Collaborate with KAM team and Management on RFQ briefings, Q&A, and pricing discussions.
• Conduct cost and selling analyses to support pricing decisions and profitability.
• Develop competitive pricing while meeting target GP and yield objectives.
• Define tender scope and requirements with internal stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Review pricing exceptions and provide commercially sound recommendations.
• Maintain tariff data and reflect approved commercial strategies.
• Monitor market movements to adjust rates and protect volume when needed.
• Lead implementation of awarded tenders/RFQs across systems and teams.
• Drive pricing/tender process improvements for efficiency and outcomes.
• Resolve internal pricing disputes and support ad-hoc commercial initiatives.
