Our client, a leading early childhood education provider, is seeking dedicated and passionate Preschool Educators to nurture and inspire young learners in a safe and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and deliver lesson plans that cater to children’s diverse developmental needs, aligned with the NEL Framework.
2. Plan and facilitate experiential learning through projects, field trips, and hands-on activities.
3. Support children’s holistic development, including character building, social-emotional learning, and moral values.
4. Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to exploration and learning.
5. Engage with parents to provide regular updates on their child’s progress and participate in center events and community activities.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Teaching) (DECCE-T) or equivalent recognized by ECDA.
• A valid ECDA Teacher Certification (L1 or L2) is mandatory.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong understanding of the Nurturing Early Learners (NEL) Framework and other ECDA guidelines.
• Creative, patient, and passionate about early childhood education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with children, parents, and colleagues.

Compliance
