Your New Role

As a PR & Marketing Associate, you will support regional marketing and communication activities, analyze performance data, and contribute to campaigns that shape brand visibility. Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of regional PR and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and organizational goals.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret campaign and audience data to identify trends, engagement levels, and communication performance.
  • Prepare clear monthly reports with KPIs, insights, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor digital performance metrics, including website analytics, social media activity, SEO/SEM results, and CRM engagement.
  • Support CRM systems management and ensure data accuracy across platforms and internal tools.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to support events, PR activities, and communication initiatives.
  • Assist with ad‑hoc projects and cross‑team initiatives when needed, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
Qualifications
