OCBC in Singapore seeks an analytics professional to analyse consumer credit portfolios, monitor risk trends and support policy development. You will build reports and dashboards, perform forecasting and stress tests, and work with stakeholders across Risk, Business, Product and Technology.

You will contribute to automation, maintain monitoring tools, and help translate data insights into actionable decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 2-4 years of analytics, credit risk, portfolio management, banking, consulting or related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data analysis and reporting experience.
• Working knowledge of Python, SQL, SAS or similar analytical tools is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present findings clearly and structured.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrates curiosity, learning agility and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Collaborative team player with stakeholder engagement skills.
• Interest in data-driven decision making and credit policy development.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse consumer credit portfolio performance, risk trends, customer behaviour and portfolio movements to identify key risks and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain portfolio reports, dashboards and management information for monitoring and decision-making.
• Support portfolio analytics initiatives such as forecasting, stress testing, scenario analysis and ad-hoc risk assessments.
• Assist in the review and enhancement of consumer credit policies, underwriting guidelines and manuals to align with business objectives and risk appetite.
• Support policy assessments for new products and transformation initiatives balancing growth with prudent risk management.
• Participate in regulatory, audit and industry initiatives by analysis, documentation and coordinating stakeholder responses.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Business, Product, Operations, Technology and Risk to support policy implementation and monitoring.
• Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives using data and analytical tools.
