Job summary

Monee in Singapore is seeking a Risk Business Analyst to support its Credit Risk Management team. You will track core risk and business metrics, analyze portfolio performance, and translate data into insights that inform risk and business decisions.

You will build dashboards and recurring management reports, investigate anomalies, and collaborate with Risk, Product, Business and Data teams to define metrics and improve data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel; knowledge of Python or data-visualization tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to data accuracy.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends and communicate practical insights.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report key credit risk and business metrics across the portfolio.
• Analyze trends in loan performance, customer behavior, approval rates, delinquency and credit losses.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring management reports.
• Investigate unusual movements in portfolio metrics and identify potential drivers.
• Support portfolio reviews, risk strategy evaluation and business performance analysis.
• Work with Risk, Product, Business and Data teams to define metrics and improve data accuracy.
• Automate recurring analysis and reporting processes where possible.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to relevant stakeholders.
