Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore seeks a data-driven analyst to analyse consumer credit portfolio trends, risk and policy development across Risk, Business, Product and Technology. You will build portfolio reports, dashboards and MI to support monitoring and decision-making.

You will contribute to forecasting, stress testing and automation initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders. A 2–4 year track record in analytics and credit risk is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of analytics, credit risk, portfolio management, banking or related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data analysis and reporting.
• Working knowledge of Python, SQL, SAS or other analytical tools would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse consumer credit portfolio performance, risk trends and customer behaviour to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain portfolio reports, dashboards and MI to support monitoring and decision-making.
• Support portfolio analytics initiatives such as forecasting, stress testing, scenario analysis and ad-hoc risk assessments.
• Review and enhance consumer credit policies, underwriting guidelines and operational manuals.
• Support policy assessments for new products and transformation initiatives with prudent risk management.
• Coordinate with Business, Product, Operations, Technology and Risk to implement policy and monitor portfolios.
