Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore seeks a Data Analytics Support Specialist to drive marketing analytics and data-driven insights for the Consumer Banking division. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement changes that improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.

You will deploy analytics capabilities, build predictive models, campaign reporting, and support customer acquisition, cross-sell, and activation goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a data analytics role in banking or financial services preferred.
• Ability to distill complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment of marketing analytics to improve effectiveness.
• Develop predictive models and campaign reporting; derive key metrics.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to define data pipelines and inform business decisions.
• Work with Data Scientists to develop predictive and recommendation engines for acquisition and cross-sell.
