Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on experience in data engineering, large-scale distributed data platforms, data warehousing and analytics engineering.
• Experience in risk management and project management will be advantageous.
• Strong background in SQL, Python, Spark, Hadoop and data modelling.

Responsibilities

• Data Engineering Delivery: developing and enhancing data pipelines and system architecture.
• Create and maintain the optimal data pipeline to enable ingestion from various data sources via Talend.
• Define and understand business requirements to develop and implement data solutions.
• Support deployment of applications utilizing data pipelines to provide actionable insights.
• Participate in UAT with focus on testing processes and ensuring standards are met.
• Identify and implement internal process improvements: automation, data cleansing and transformation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive initiatives end-to-end.
• Translate requirements into technical specs, data models and implementation plans.
• Support SIT, UAT, OAT and production verification and onboarding.
