Responsibilities

• Manage project budget and oversee headcount processes within the PMO.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and project managers to meet monthly timelines.
• Develop financial and operational reports to support project decision-making.
• Present financial insights to the Tech Lead, highlighting project performance.
• Provide financial guidance to project teams to ensure policy compliance.
• Assist in monthly forecast updates and generate purchase orders.
