Job summary

EVOLUTION RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. invites applications for a PMO/Business Analyst role in Singapore. You will manage small changes and budget for Innovation Group resources, acting as the single point of contact for business needs and coordinating with technical delivery teams and system analysts.

You will capture requirements, prepare governance materials, and produce value realization reports. Strong communication, data analysis, and Excel/JIRA skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering or Data Science.
• 3–5 years’ relevant experience in a Finance institution.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Experience in system analysis and PMO work preferred.
• Experience with change requests and PMO processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage small changes (CRs) and budget for Innovation Group resources.
• Serve as single point of contact for business needs and manage stakeholders for change requests.
• Liaise with business users to capture requirements and upload in eRequest System.
• Liaise with system analyst to obtain efforts for change.
• Review cost quotations with Business users for prioritisation.
• Prepare governance presentations for approvals.
• Prepare value realization reports to PSC.
• Support departmental admin: onboarding/offboarding, coordinate meetings, prepare decks and dashboards.
