The ideal candidate has IT/software background, 3+ years as a BA, 4+ years in QA/management, and familiarity with Jira/Confluence. One-year contract in a public sector setting with strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex data and derive recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel) and BI software is a plus.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and document them clearly.
• Basic familiarity with project management processes and documenting workflows in JIRA/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Support business users during switch-over to new application.
• Create and maintain detailed process and analysis documentation.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Perform functional testing with business users on new features.
• Enter data for new features during parallel run periods.
• Compare data between old and new and new applications to ensure accuracy.
