Job summary

PERCEPT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Junior PMO Analyst in Singapore to support governance, reporting, and resource tracking across multiple projects.

You will work with Project Managers to maintain plans, prepare status reports and dashboards, track risks and issues, and ensure PMO standards are followed. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word skills and stakeholder communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in preparing project reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Understanding of project lifecycle and governance processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in coordination and administrative activities.
• Maintain project schedules, trackers, dashboards, and document repositories.
• Prepare weekly/monthly status reports, governance packs, and management presentations.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Assist with resource onboarding, offboarding, and allocation tracking.
• Coordinate project meetings, record minutes, and track actions to closure.
• Update project financials, effort tracking, and budget information.
• Ensure project documentation complies with PMO standards.
• Monitor project health indicators and elevate concerns as needed.
• Support audit, compliance, and governance activities.
• Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and consolidate project updates.
