Job summary

NCS Group is seeking a PMO Analyst based in Singapore to provide the operational backbone of program governance, focusing on structured reporting and coordination across multiple workstreams. The role involves maintaining program trackers, preparing materials for Steering Committees, and managing risks and change logs.

Ideal candidates will have strong skills in project tracking tools such as JIRA, as well as project management certifications. This position offers an opportunity to engage with diverse stakeholders and drive program success.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational backbone and governance for program.
• Maintain and update the central program tracker.
• Prepare Steering Committee materials including updates and risks.
• Manage program-level RAID logs and change trackers.
• Maintain document control in SharePoint or Confluence.

Skills

Proficiency in project and program tracking tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, or MS Project

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Good understanding of program governance processes

Familiarity with Agile at Scale methodologies

Strong attention to detail

Strong communication and coordination skills

Experience supporting large multi-track transformation programs

Analytical mindset

Education

Project Management certification such as PMI CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE2 Foundation / Practitioner
