Job summary

Infinite Computer Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a PMO Analyst / PMO Executive in Singapore to support a large-scale national transformation programme. The role covers PMO governance, financial management, tracking and reporting, and resource administration across multiple workstreams.

You will interact with Project Managers, stakeholders, and client teams to ensure audit-ready documentation and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO, project coordination, or programme management support.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills.
• Experience with project financial management and cost tracking.
• Strong Excel skills: Pivot Tables, Lookups, data analysis, dashboards.
• Knowledge of Power BI or project portfolio systems is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting large-scale government/public sector transformation programmes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• PMO Operations and Governance: Manage and support day-to-day PMO operations across the programme and project workstreams; ensure adherence to governance frameworks, standards, reporting requirements, and control processes; coordinate governance meetings, steering committee updates, and management reporting activities; collaborate with Project Managers, Delivery Leads, Business Stakeholders, and Client teams; maintain project documentation and artefacts for audit readiness.
• Project Financial Management, Tracking and Analysis: Own and maintain project financial tracking and reporting; monitor budgets, expenditures, forecasts, burn rates, and funding utilization; perform financial analysis to identify variances and risks; support monthly financial closing, accruals, invoices, and cost allocation; prepare dashboards and executive summaries; assist with budgeting, forecasting, and funding approvals.
• Project Tracking, Reporting and Controls: Maintain status across schedule, scope, financials, risks, issues; consolidate performance metrics and reports; monitor milestones and resource allocation; develop PMO dashboards and tracking tools; track risks/issues/dependencies; support audits and governance checkpoints.
• Project Administration and Resource Management: Support invoices, vendor payments, purchase requests, and timesheets; coordinate onboarding/offboarding and logistics; maintain resource trackers and utilization reports; organize meetings and governance sessions; record meeting minutes and decisions; manage project artefacts in repositories.
• Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience in PMO, project coordination, project administration, business operations, finance operations, or programme management support.
