Job summary

You will develop policies and governance documents, monitor progress, prepare executive presentations, and contribute to business development through market research and proposal support. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field as stated.
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, PMO, transformation, governance, risk management, or financial services.
• Experience in operating model design and process improvement.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills for governance documents and executive reports.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel with analytical and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in regional or international environments.
• Excellent English communication; Japanese skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support programme management and transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate project planning, milestones, risks, governance reporting, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and governance documents.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery within timelines.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and decision papers with recommendations.
• Support business development activities including proposals and market research.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
