Job summary

Epergne Solutions is seeking a PMO Analyst in Singapore to support governance, demand and resource management, delivery tracking, and risk management for technology and transformation initiatives.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of PMO experience, strong reporting and stakeholder management skills, and exposure to banking/financial services projects. This role focuses on governance, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of PMO, project coordination, or delivery governance experience.
• Experience supporting technology, data, digital transformation, or banking projects.
• Strong understanding of demand, capacity, resource, delivery, and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand, capacity planning, and delivery pipeline tracking.
• Maintain resource plans, utilization, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
• Track project milestones, timelines, dependencies, and delivery status.
• Maintain RAID logs and elevate critical issues.
• Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, action logs, and governance materials.
• Coordinate steering committee meetings, project reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Support departmental administration, including meeting coordination, training arrangements, and project documentation.
