Job summary

PVH is seeking a proactive PMO Analyst (Contract) to support governance and delivery of multiple technology projects in a fast-paced enterprise environment in Singapore. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to drive project success.

The role requires 3–5 years in PMO/coordination, strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile and Waterfall, and proficient use of Jira/Confluence. Experience in dashboards and executive reporting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or PM related field.
• 3–5 years in PMO/Project Analyst/Coordinator roles.
• Experience supporting multiple IT projects in an enterprise.
• Knowledge of governance, SDLC, Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient with MS Office; Jira/Confluence or MS Project.
• Experience creating dashboards and governance reports.
• PM-certifications (PMP/ CAPM/PRINCE2/Agile) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support PMO Lead in governance across projects and programmes.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Prepare RAID logs, action trackers and governance artefacts.
• Consolidate status updates and produce executive dashboards/reports.
• Coordinate governance meetings and minutes with follow-up actions.
• Track project financials and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with methodologies and processes.
• Collaborate with PMs, BAs, tech teams and vendors to deliver.
• Identify governance gaps and propose process improvements.
