Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospital, or clinic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor in providing pharmacy services.
• Compound extemporaneous preparations.
• Perform purchasing and assist with pharmaceutical orders.
• Data entry of drug usage.
• Handle registration, billing, and appointment booking.

Education

Diploma in pharmaceutical related subject

GCE 'O' level qualification with credits in English, Mathematics and Science

PSS certified Pharmacy Technician course or equivalent

RESPONSIBILITIES

To assist the doctor in the provision and delivery of efficient and effective Pharmacy Services in the Family Medicine Clinic.

• Perform duties according to policies in dispensing
• Compound extemporaneous preparations
• Perform store duties in purchasing and assist in placing pharmaceutical orders
• Perform dispatch function
• Perform data entry of drug usage
• Perform counter duties (including registration, billing and appointment booking)
• Other related duties as assigned (eg. stock take)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in pharmaceutical related subject or WSQ Healthcare Support (pharmacy support) advance certificate
• GCE ‘O' level qualification with credits in English, Mathematics and Science and PSS certified Pharmacy Technician course or equivalent will also be considered
• Work experience in retail / hospital / clinic will be an advantage

• Able to work on Saturday Morning
