Job summary

A healthcare pharmacy group located in Singapore is seeking a Pharmacist to manage multi-dose medication supply services and provide pharmaceutical care to Intermediate and Long-term care facilities. Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in pharmacy operations.
• Experience in managing a team or providing pharmaceutical care services to nursing homes/daycares is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of multi-dose medication supply services.
• Set up medication management system at new ILTC facilities.
• Accountable for accurate and timely dispensing of medicine.
• Provide pharmaceutical care services to ILTC facilities & day centers.
• Provide quality customer service.
