  1. Assist Director with personal errands and office matters.
  2. Provide the full spectrum of administration support to the Senior Personal Assistant
  3. Support internal workflow approval from travel, visa application, hotel reservation and expense claims;
  4. Assisting in Company administrative matters.
  5. To run errands and other ad-hoc duties when required.
Job Requirement
  1. Degree or diploma holder
  2. Flexibility in terms of work hours and schedule
  3. Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters
  4. Hold a valid Class 3 Singapore driving license would be advantageous
  5. Must be Fluent in Chinese in order to communicate with the family members.
  6. Proficient in MS Office applications.
  7. Good work ethics, reliable and punctual.
