Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Head of Department
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and refining audit-related reports, presentations, and communications
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders across departments to coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and documentation
  • Read, interpret, and summarize reports across all audit functions including compliance, risk, operations, and finance
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations
  • Support the HOD in managing priorities, deadlines, and strategic initiatives
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and reporting standards
Requirements
  • Background in investor relations, journalism, financial communications, or similar fields
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong grasp of financial language and reporting standards
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; able to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
  • Highly dependable, self‑motivated, and eager to learn
