Job Summary

Support the CEO by managing executive schedules, coordinating strategic initiatives, and facilitating cross-department collaboration to drive business growth and compliance in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar by scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and prioritizing tasks to optimize executive time and productivity
  • Prepare, proofread, and review communications including emails, reports, and presentations to ensure clarity and professionalism on behalf of the CEO
  • Serve as the primary liaison for external stakeholders such as investors, partners, and regulators, and coordinate communications with internal teams to maintain strong relationships
  • Attend and document key leadership meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up to support effective decision-making
  • Assist in business planning by conducting market research and competitive analysis to provide insights that inform strategic decisions
  • Facilitate collaboration across departments including Technology, Compliance, and Marketing to drive execution of high-priority initiatives
  • Monitor and synthesize updates on cryptocurrency regulations, global market trends, and emerging opportunities to keep the CEO informed and support strategic positioning
  • Support compliance activities by liaising with relevant departments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism in all interactions
  • Address ad-hoc requests and manage time-sensitive tasks efficiently to support executive priorities
  • Translate documents and communications and liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders to ensure accurate and effective communication in business contexts requiring Mandarin proficiency
  • Be available to work on weekends as needed, with compensation provided through overtime or annual leave
  • Undertake frequent travel to support business needs and stakeholder engagement
