We are looking for a highly organised and execution‑focused People Operations Specialist to support our fast‑growing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves building smooth processes, cares deeply about employee experience, and can independently run day‑to‑day People Ops workflows with accuracy and speed.
You will be responsible for talent acquisition execution, onboarding/offboarding, and ensuring that HRIS, payroll, and people processes run reliably every month.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (Execution & Coordination)
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment logistics (job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination).
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and evaluate basic role/skill fit based on defined criteria.
- Maintain the ATS and ensure candidate pipelines are updated in real time.
- Coordinate assessments, test tasks, and hiring panel availability.
- Support employer branding through job posts and candidate communications.
2. People Operations & Administration
- Own onboarding processes end‑to‑end (preboarding, equipment setup coordination, welcome documentation, Day 1 experience).
- Manage offboarding processes (system access removal, exit interview scheduling, paperwork, equipment return).
- Maintain accurate employee records across HRIS, Google Workspace, and internal systems.
- Prepare employment letters, addendums, confirmation memos, and other HR documents.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently implemented.
3. HRIS, Payroll & Compliance (Monthly Ops)
- Update HRIS data monthly (changes in headcount, salary adjustments, leave data, allowances, etc.).
- Prepare and verify payroll inputs accurately, ensuring alignment with MOM/CPF guidelines.
- Track probation deadlines, contract expiries, and renewal timelines.
- Administer benefits: medical claims, flexi‑benefits, allowances, reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and internal audit requirements.
4. Culture & Internal Support
- Support People team in executing engagement initiatives (surveys, bonding activities, feedback loops).
- Help maintain smooth internal communications and respond promptly to employee inquiries.
- Assist in setting up quarterly and annual people processes (reviews, surveys, documentation).
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in HR/People Ops/TA or similar roles.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail — able to run workflows with accuracy.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with cross‑functional teams.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, payroll processes, and MOM/CPF regulations (preferred).
- Execution‑focused, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment.
- Problem‑solving mindset and willingness to handle both strategic and administrative tasks.
