Job summary

TRIDENT DIGITAL TECH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an HR Specialist to support payroll, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR compliance in a fast-growing tech environment.

The role covers end-to-end payroll processing, candidate screening, onboarding, offboarding, performance development, HR data reporting, and employee relations, aiming to strengthen talent and culture. This is a 1-year renewable contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll, recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement.
• Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy requirements.
• Ability to work with HRIS systems and generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Assist in recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and exits.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
• Assist in performance management and workforce development initiatives.
• Maintain HR records in HRIS and generate HR metrics reports.
• Address employee relations concerns and support conflict resolution.
