TRIDENT DIGITAL TECH PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Specialist to support payroll, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR compliance in a fast-growing tech environment.

Responsibilities include end-to-end payroll processing, talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, performance development, data management, and employee relations. The role emphasizes data-driven HR decisions and culture-building within a 1-year contract.

Responsibilities

• Payroll: End-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Payroll: Reconcile payroll data and prepare payroll reports for Finance and management.
• Payroll: Administer compensation and benefits programmes, including annual salary reviews and benefits enrolment.
• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Support: Assist in recruiting top talent in the blockchain and IT sectors by managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Support: Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Support: Build relationships with universities, tech communities, and recruitment agencies to expand talent pipelines.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate and conduct onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company’s culture and team.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate orientation sessions, ensuring new employees understand the company’s vision, values, and policies.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage exit interviews and offboarding processes, gathering feedback to improve employee experience.
• Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Support employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, to boost morale and create a collaborative culture.
• Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Organize and manage employee recognition programs, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
• Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Work with the HR team to develop programs that reflect company values and promote employee well-being.
• Performance Management & Development: Assist in implementing performance evaluation processes, providing tools and resources for managers to assess employee performance effectively.
• Performance Management & Development: Support career development initiatives, such as training programs and skill development workshops, to enhance employee capabilities.
• Performance Management & Development: Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and arrange targeted learning opportunities.
• HR Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• HR Data Management & Reporting: Generate regular HR reports, such as turnover rates, recruitment metrics, and employee satisfaction, to support data-driven HR decisions.
• HR Data Management & Reporting: Use analytics to track and report HR metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and provide guidance to resolve workplace issues while promoting a respectful work environment.
• Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Conduct investigations as needed, documenting findings and recommending appropriate actions in alignment with company policies.
• Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Build strong relationships with employees to foster open communication and trust.
• This is a 1 year contract role, subjected to headcount availbility for renewal.
