Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an HR Administrator on a 1-year contract (start Mid Nov) to support onboarding/offboarding, policy implementation, and HR operations.

You will manage end-to-end contractor and intern life cycles, payroll and reporting, and maintain accurate employee data while helping with engagement, training, and reporting requirements. Collaborative, process-driven candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• On-boarding and off-boarding processes
• HR policy and SOP support
• Contractor and intern lifecycle management including payroll and reporting
• Maintaining accurate employee data and records
• Engagement, training and development support for branch
• General HR operational support and reporting
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned by Manager

Responsibilities

• Administer staff onboarding and off-boarding with local management and HO HR team.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and SOPs.
• Manage end-to-end process for contractors and interns including payroll and reporting.
• Ensure employees’ details are updated in a timely manner.
• Support Branch engagement, training and development initiatives.
• Assist in general HR operational support and report preparation.
• Follow policies and SOPs to ensure controlled operations.
• Identify ways to enhance HR operations and take on ad-hoc projects.
