2-3 years HR experience
Proficient in MS Excel & Word

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and candidate selection.
Conduct interviews and assist hiring managers in the selection process.
Support payroll calculations and manage the full spectrum of HR functions.
Maintain accurate payroll records and manage employee personal files.
Assist with onboarding/offboarding, including orientation and offer letters.
Collaborate with site Managers, Supervisors and management to implement HR initiatives.
