Job description
    The People Advisor position at APM Terminals is a key role in driving the company's People Strategy by providing excellent administrative support. You will be responsible for implementing crucial HR processes within your specific functional area, while also advocating for the company culture to ensure a positive and enriching experience for all employees.Your main responsibilities will include assisting People Partners in managing various aspects of the Employee Lifecycle such as onboarding, promotions, compliance, reporting, performance appraisals, compensation reviews, and employee relations. You will work closely with the ER team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, as well as support off-roll employee recruitment by coordinating with vendors and hiring managers.Collaboration with stakeholders on employee engagement activities will be essential to boost retention and engagement levels. You will guide employees and managers in utilizing the HR Portal, Workday, and other HR systems effectively to facilitate technology adoption. Additionally, you will be responsible for cascading HR communications to teams/offices and executing transactions in Workday and other HR applications to maintain high-quality data.As a People Advisor, you will collaborate with People Partners and functional specialists to resolve complex queries and support initiatives aimed at enhancing processes through streamlining and standardization.
