Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) operations.
• Prepare and manage PDI documentation including job cards, invoices, warranty claims.
• Assign and monitor PDI tasks for technicians.
• Liaise with contractors for required PDI work.
• Conduct quality checks on PDI work performed by technicians and contractors.
• Ensure new vehicles meet quality standards before delivery.
• Provide administrative and technical support to the Sales team.
• Follow up on outstanding PDI matters after delivery.
