Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Payroll Supervisor (Outsourcing / Team Supervision) in Singapore (Orchard – Midpoint Orchard). The role oversees payroll delivery for multiple clients and ensures accuracy of computations and statutory contributions.

You will guide the team on Singapore payroll requirements, handle client meetings, and drive process improvements while maintaining high compliance standards. Salary SGD 5,200–6,500 with bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, HR, Business or related discipline with at least 5 years of hands-on Singapore payroll experience.
• Prior team-supervision, payroll-review or coaching experience is required.
• Payroll outsourcing experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CPF, SDL, IRAS, MOM and local payroll regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coach team members and maintain high service and compliance standards.

• Location: Orchard – Midpoint Orchard

• Working hours: Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.45pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience): S$5,200–S$6,500 monthly basic salary + Average 2-3 Months Performance Bonus + 14 days annual leaves + Uncapped Medical Reimbursement + Dental Benefits + Birthday Meal Reimbursemen
