Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Payroll Supervisor (Outsourcing / Team Supervision) in Singapore (Orchard – Midpoint Orchard). The role oversees payroll delivery for multiple clients and ensures accuracy of computations and statutory contributions.

You will guide the team on Singapore payroll requirements, handle client meetings, and drive process improvements while maintaining high compliance standards. Salary SGD 5,200–6,500 with bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, HR, Business or related discipline with at least 5 years of hands-on Singapore payroll experience.
• Prior team-supervision, payroll-review or coaching experience is required.
• Payroll outsourcing experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CPF, SDL, IRAS, MOM and local payroll regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the payroll team and oversee payroll delivery for multiple clients.
• Review payroll computations, statutory contributions and reports for accuracy.
• Oversee CPF, SDL, bank-crediting files, IR8A, IR21 and government claims.
• Review termination payments, prorated salaries and unused‑leave calculations.
• Provide technical guidance on Singapore payroll and statutory requirements.
• Resolve payroll issues and handle client meetings and enquiries.
• Monitor regulatory changes and improve payroll processes and controls.
• Coach team members and maintain high service and compliance standards.
