Job summary

SINGAPORE LNG CORPORATION PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Administrator to provide payroll, compensation and benefits administration, plus other HR duties.

The role supports the HR & Communications Group with accurate payroll processing, benefits handling and timely reporting. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years' payroll experience, strong knowledge of local payroll regulations, and familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors HRIS.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in payroll administration functions.
• Understanding of Employment Legislation, CPF Act, Income Tax Act and IRAS guidelines, Foreign Workers Act is critical.
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors HRIS will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Payroll administration: prepare payroll schedule, verify attendance, overtime, deductions and bonuses; ensure accuracy for monthly processing.
• Benefits administration: manage claims, track government leave submissions and reimbursements.
• Reports and audits: compile government surveys and monthly internal/external reports; maintain accurate employee files and support audits.
