Job summary

Singapore LNG Corporation Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated HR professional to join the Human Resources & Communications Group in providing payroll administration and benefits support. The role covers payroll processing, compliance, and data integrity across all employee records.

You will work with SAP SuccessFactors HRIS, coordinate with Finance, and assist with statutory reporting and audits while delivering high service standards to staff.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on payroll administration experience.
• Understanding of Employment Legislation, CPF Act, Income Tax Act and IRAS guidelines.
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors HRIS is advantageous.
• Meticulous, organised and able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare payroll schedule and obtain timely approvals.
• Perform weekly HRIS checks for attendance, allowances, deductions and bonuses.
• Review payroll documents and ensure data accuracy for processing.
• Prepare journals and submit statutory reports to Finance and government agencies.
• Serve as first point of contact to employees on payroll and benefits.
