Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd in Singapore invites an HR Generalist to manage the full payroll cycle, statutory compliance, onboarding/offboarding, and recruitment for mid to senior roles. You will handle HR operations, maintain HRMS, and support audits while ensuring data confidentiality and policy adherence.

The role requires 3–5 years of generalist HR experience, hands-on payroll expertise with Singapore regulations, and proficiency with BIPO or similar HRMS systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR generalist experience.
• Strong hands-on experience managing Singapore payroll independently.
• Experience handling commission, overtime, CPF and year-end IRAS/AIS/IR8A processes.
• Experience using BIPO or other HRMS/payroll systems.
• Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF, IRAS and MOM requirements.

Responsibilities

• Payroll & Statutory Compliance: Manage full monthly payroll cycle using BIPO, process commissions, overtime and inputs; handle CPF, IRAS/AIS/IR8A; ensure compliance with Singapore laws; maintain confidential payroll records.
• HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle: Manage onboarding, offboarding, documentation and work pass matters; prepare HR letters, reports and maintain HRMS records; provide HR support to HODs and employees; assist audits and policy updates.
• Recruitment: Manage recruitment for mid-level and experienced hires; support frontline recruitment activities and coordinate interviews and hiring processes.
• HR & Administrative Support: Coordinate training and employee-related activities; provide general HR and admin support, including reception coverage; participate in HR projects and ad-hoc duties.
