Job summary

GMP Technologies is hiring a Payroll Executive to manage monthly payroll for our Singapore-based banking clients, ensure tax submissions, and support HR administration. This perm role requires a Diploma/Degree in HR and at least three years' payroll experience in Singapore.

You will coordinate training records, annual reviews, HR reporting, and maintain accurate employee files, while liaising with stakeholders regionally and with e2i partners.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Singapore payroll and tax submission.
• Familiarity with banking or financial services industry is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in HRMS systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll processing for Singapore and support tax filing for employees.
• Track and maintain employee training records (e.g. mandatory e-learning, internal/external courses).
• Coordinate annual reviews, budgeting exercises, and HR reporting (headcount, appraisals, etc.).
• Maintain accurate employee records, ensure compliance with internal policies and data retention.
• Support recruitment coordination, onboarding, and benefits administration.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and regional offices on HR matters.
• Provide admin support including travel arrangements, expense claims, stationery orders, etc.
• Prepare HR-related risk reports and support internal/external audits.
• Ensure all HR filing systems (physical and digital) are up-to-date and well organized.
• Perform general HR tasks and ad hoc duties as assigned.
