Responsibilities

• Process payroll for 120+ staff to ensure timely salary disbursements.
• Administer work passes—applications, renewals, and terminations.
• Coordinate and submit training applications to support employee development.
• Maintain, update and organize personal files and employee records.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews to facilitate recruitment.
• Respond to and resolve employee issues to maintain a positive workplace.
• Conduct MOM surveys and audits to ensure compliance.
• Manage PMET quota and related documentation.
• Prepare and submit MYE/PA applications and updates.
• Oversee labour management activities to optimize workforce deployment.
• Coordinate recruitment activities to attract and onboard qualified candidates.
• Administer childcare leave, NS claims, and training funding claims.
• Prepare IR8A and IR21 tax forms to comply with reporting requirements.
• Maintain records of annual and medical leave.
• Prepare Letters of Appointment (LOA) for employment agreements.
• Act as DPO Coordinator to ensure data privacy compliance.
• Assist in Temporary Occupation Licence Quota (TOLQ) matters
