Job summary

SOIL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an HR Support professional to assist in payroll calculation and the full spectrum of HR functions.

You will maintain payroll records and personal files while supporting compensation and benefits, leave administration and medical claims. The role involves onboarding/off-boarding, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and letter preparation, along with work pass administration and general HR data entry.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Able to multitask and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Payroll calculation & full spectrum of HR functions.
• Maintain payroll records and personal files.
• Assist in Compensation & Benefits, such as staff leave administration and medical claims.
• Assist in On-boarding/Off-boarding, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, letter preparation and orientation.
• Perform work pass administration such as new, renewal, cancellation, and issuance.
• Perform general HR data entry and administrative duties.
• Provide support to any or all departments as and when required.
