Job summary

POET TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive HR Specialist in Singapore to support end-to-end HR functions. The role covers payroll, HR administration, and regulatory compliance to ensure efficient HR service delivery.

You will manage onboarding/offboarding, prepare employment documents, maintain records, and assist with engagement initiatives and HR projects. Strong knowledge of Singapore HR practices and local laws is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of HR generalist experience or equivalent.
• Experience in payroll processing and Singapore HR practices (CPF, tax, MOM work pass).
• Familiarity with local HR laws and confidential information handling.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end HR functions across the employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding.
• Prepare employment documents such as contracts and letters.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Support payroll processing, CPF, leaves, attendance, claims and benefits.
• Handle MOM work passes, renewals, cancellations and compliance.
