Job summary

BIG - FOOT LOGISTIC PTE LTD is seeking an HR Executive in Singapore to support daily HR operations, maintain employee records, and manage payroll and benefits administration. You will handle leave management, attendance tracking, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

The role requires coordination of leave applications, payroll data preparation, and timely processing of deductions and passes.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration and payroll
• Knowledge of leave management and attendance policies
• Ability to maintain employee records accurately
• Familiar with local employment regulations and compliance

Responsibilities

• Manage employee leave administration and approvals
• Coordinate home leave documentation and approvals
• Monitor daily attendance and clock-in/out compliance
• Ensure accurate daily trip records for payroll support
• Prepare and verify salary requisitions and payroll data
• Coordinate deductions and required payroll documents
• Support payroll processing and data accuracy
• Maintain foreign employees' records and work pass statuses
• Handle employee relations and grievances with follow-up
• Monitor performance indicators like trip completion and punctuality
• Assist with tax clearance and statutory obligations
• Provide temporary support to Fishery Department operations as needed
• Perform additional HR duties as assigned
