Job summary

Charterhouse Resources is seeking an HR Executive / Payroll Assistant (Payroll & Total Rewards) to join a growing HR team in Singapore. This role offers exposure to compensation & benefits, regional HR operations and clear career progression.

You will handle end-to-end in-house payroll and related processes, maintain HRIS records, and support onboarding, offboarding and salary reviews. Requirements include at least 2 years of payroll experience, knowledge of Singapore statutory requirements and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of in-house payroll experience.
• Familiar with Singapore Employment Act, CPF, IRAS and payroll statutory requirements.
• Experience using payroll/HRIS systems, such as Timesoft or equivalent.
• Proficient in Excel, meticulous and able to handle confidential information.
