Job summary

Recruit Express Services Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Executive – Payroll & Total Rewards to join the HR team. The role focuses on payroll, compensation & benefits, HR operations and employee support.

This position handles end-to-end monthly payroll for ~300 employees (Singapore and Indonesia), and involves CPF/IRAS submissions, HRIS maintenance, and annual salary review support. On-site at Joo Koon, 5-day week with company transport.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR/Business/Accounting.
• 2–5 years of HR/payroll experience.
• Hands-on end-to-end payroll experience.
• Knowledge of CPF and IRAS requirements.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end monthly payroll for ~300 employees (Singapore and Indonesia).
• Serve as backup to another Payroll Executive.
• Process attendance, overtime, allowances, claims, incentives and leave matters.
