Stafflink Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Payroll and HR Administrator to join our team near Kaki Bukit MRT. This role requires 4 to 5 years hands-on experience in payroll and HR administration, with Unit4 Prosoft proficiency and strong Excel skills.
You will handle monthly payroll, tax compliance, CPF/IRAS, onboarding and offboarding, leave tracking, and HR documentation while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
Payroll Management
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, etc.).
Handle payroll reconciliations, reporting, and audits.
Manage employee claims, benefits administration, and statutory contributions.
Serve as the primary point of contact to address employee payroll queries professionally and promptly.
HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases accurately.
Drive onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth system updates and documentation.
Prepare essential HR-related letters (employment contracts, confirmations, etc.).
Coordinate and oversee leave management and attendance tracking systems.
Collaborate with the team to implement and improve HR policies and procedures.
Compliance, Reporting & General HR Support
Ensure adherence to company policies and local employment regulations.
Generate timely HR and payroll reports for management as required.
Provide vital administrative support to the HR team and wider office.
Coordinate seamlessly with external vendors.
Support company events, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives.
Experience: 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in payroll and HR administration.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in HRIS (specifically Unit4 Prosoft) and Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of local payroll systems, tax regulations, and Singapore labor laws (Employment Act).
