Job summary

A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking a Payroll Analyst to oversee monthly payroll activities and vendor management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and over 3 years of payroll operation experience in ASEAN countries. Responsibilities include collating payroll inputs, validating statutory payments, and enhancing employee experience through collaboration with HR teams. Strong project and stakeholder management skills along with excellent English communication abilities are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years in-house payroll operation experience.
  • Payroll and tax knowledge in several ASEAN countries.
  • Strong functional knowledge with hands-on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for monthly payroll activities such as collating and validating inputs, output and statutory payments.
  • With proven track record in providing high standard of payroll verification and checking skills for few Asean countries.
  • Experience in legal and compliance audits in few Asean countries, such as income taxes, statutory social securities.
  • Drive for payroll operational and execution excellence
  • Manage payroll vendors effectively by strictly adhering to the contract and SLA
  • Develop relationships with local authorities, not limited to Social Security, Tax, etc.
  • Partnering and work collaboratively with HR Business Partners, HR Operations team to elevate employee experience.
  • Always drive for payroll operational and execution excellence.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Hands‑on, strong functional knowledge and a minimum of 3+ years in‑house payroll operation experience.
  • Payroll and tax knowledge in few Asean countries.
  • Strong vendor management and project management skills.
  • Strong influence and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent English, preferably with an added language to be able to support stakeholders based overseas.
